The Africa Generation Builders (AGB) Network is an enterprise created to build young Africans all across the continent to become the leaders that they were born to be. It serves as a middleware between the African youth and their dream, goals, and visions. It is the child of the minds of Nigerian Obadeyi Oluseye, and Tanzanian Fortunatus Ekkelesiah who met as applicants to African Leadership University (ALU).
The Africa Generation Builders Network  is a networking and engaging platform for young leaders, entrepreneurs, scientist, universities and businesses to Discover, Participate, Question, Engage, Empower, Contribute and Benefit.
Africa Generation Builders (AGB) is an African initiative, designed to connect young leaders and change agents to existing leadership opportunities and resources. The AGB brings together young people interested in unique capacity building programs that strenghten their potential, as well as professionals interested in mentoring these future world leaders and change agents.
"AGB brings you the following features, which we hope will help you re-discover leadership, entrepreneurship, science and technology etc and then take advantage of vast opportunities and resources, available to you from other fellows (or you can say ambassadors) and in real life. The features offered by AGB include:
  • AGB will be recruiting fellows every year, from every country where we have AGB Ambassadors.
  • AGB will be tackling every issue or problem that Africa faces one step at a time depending on the areas which the Ambassadors and or fellows are good at addressing (meaning the passion of AGB is to solve Africa’s challenges before 2040 and also make Africa a top continent before 2045).
  • AGB plans to connect Africa young minds and 4th Generation leaders (you) to pan-African mentors by working hand-in-hand with ALU round 2 applicants (early and regular decision) who will initiate change in their own countries and also help breed and engage the next generation of young leaders.
  • The ambassadors (ALU round 2 Applicants) will locate, mentor and train other young leaders so as to help bring the best out of them.
N.B: Ambassadors will also have mentors who are leaders in various fields who have more experience than we do (we are working on this now).

Mission: To build and create a greater Africa by engaging youths in every sector of life and bringing out the best out of them. Making the 4th Generation of Africa a great generation.
Vision: To solve Africa greatest challenges and or problems before 2040 and to be a top continent around the world by 2045.
